Individual Skill Panels constantly review skill standards and business processes. Skill experts, who are acknowledged leaders in their fields, work with our Quality Assurance and HR Teams to ensure practitioners have access to the best technical backup, bespoke training programmes and the time and support to develop new and innovative working methods.
